A disaster. Non-existent. No response to texts, emails, calls. No return on our requests when we should have had some for a few weeks, for the purchase side.
Not to mention the person who manages the rentals, who wonders why he has problems with everyone. Does not understand that one cannot be entirely at his disposal and talk badly to people.
In short, avoid.

Yes, I am a customer and I contact you to manage a purchase and as said in my comment, there is no one who manages this correctly. Last news on April 29 telling us that we would come back to us.. still nothing. Relaunch on May 4.. and zero response. Support and customer service is zero.
When it came to renting (which we were looking for 9 months ago) we had dealt with someone who was unpleasant, incompetent and who already had a bad reputation on Givet.
So no, your team is not 100% available. Maybe 10, 15 and more.
