      • + After disappointingly experimenting with a few local agencies, which it must be said did not try too hard, and without any results or advising us to sell off our apartment in order to sell quickly…. On the recommendation of satisfied sellers (word of mouth), I contacted De Laverne Consulting which is an agency that we don't do many anymore. I met Jean-Marie, a person with real human qualities, attentive, not trying to jump through the steps like a good professional, organized, reliable and serious. He advised us perfectly, and recommended redecorating our apartment, which was wonderfully done by Pauline, with an immediate result in terms of number of visits, Jean-Marie and Pauline gave us a regular summary of the visits and the opinions of the visitors. In short, we quickly sold our apartment, calmly, in a climate of trust with our real estate agents under clear contractual conditions, respecting what had been announced and for an amount which was not higher than the agency prices. So I recommend without hesitation to use this honest and professional agency. Thanks to them for their ethics and professionalism.
