      • - Tenant for almost 3 years with Régie POZETTO. My relationships with them are beyond catastrophic. - For 3 years I fought to have my name on the intercom! Result: I never got my name on the intercom - When I reported that the mailbox was damaged by a delivery man they tried to hold me responsible so as not to pay anything - And the icing on the cake, more than €1000 withheld from the deposit even though the apartment was left clean. I just lost a hair dryer and accidentally broke a bedside lamp (furnished apartment) Never late rent. I think I was the least boring tenant they could have! Right of reply : -NO, returning pillows and duvets yellowed and riddled with stains, marks, this is not respectful, They were already in a pitiful state when 2021 entered. These photos you lost them I imagine - YES, it is possible to clean limescale and grime too! with elbow grease or a housekeeper, The inventory of places of exits was not honest. The slightest flaw was exaggerated. - NO, you cannot tear the tapestry, even in your bedroom, No but you're kidding me "Tear". Having just finally left accommodation in which I lived for 2 years and managed by Régie Pozetto, I wish from experience courage to all those who dare to venture with them. The emails? Don't expect a response, there are no less responsive people than them. On the other hand, they will serve as proof of their failure to take into account your requests, questions or messages of help (in my case water damage followed by mold and fungus in my apartment which the management had nothing to do with, well that the apartment declared unsanitary) The phone ? Even better, you will be entitled to the disdainful tone and unpleasant remarks of the lady at reception who, for example for my water damage, suggested that I “open the windows all the time to ventilate and get the mold out” in the middle of March... (opinion that I had not asked him in passing) If like me you persevere, and you are constantly transferred from one person to another, but you manage to finally have the person in charge of your apartment... perhaps you too will have the right to have the we put the blame on you for their inaction because "you understand it is not up to the management to follow the feedback from the insurers" or even the right to hear that "our job is hard and we have lots of things to do manage so it’s normal that we don’t call you back.” In short, you will understand but I have only put small examples here but believe me that in two years there have been many other surprises from the pozetto management which has not stopped for 2 years of surprising me with their stupidity and their poor daily work.       • - LAMENTABLE!!! While visiting an apartment with a person mandated by the agency, they sent me a text message telling me that the accommodation was assigned to someone else. It’s a total lack of respect, especially since I came from Nancy and the agency knew about it! Too bad we can't give a negative rating (- 1 star)
