Contacted last week to visit a rental, we agreed on two appointments and the agency was to contact me again to confirm.
Without news I contact them; following an error the agency put me in touch with a client, so be it, I called back and was told that other people had called for the same visit, the appointment planned last week is no longer valid , I have to take a day off to visit because no, the agency does not work on Fridays after 5 p.m.!!!
Lamentable, and for this service not provided we have to pay agency fees??

The agency's performance, and in particular that of Mr. Lassara, was remarkable in all respects.
The visit was carried out quickly, and the cost of all the work to be done was presented to us without any form of minimization.
Thanks to Mr. Lassara, the signing of the deed of sale was able to be done very quickly, in accordance with our wishes.
Last but not least, when six months after signing we discovered that the home did not have a connection to drinking water, he was able, with the help of the notary, to obtain from the seller (who was unaware of the problem at the time) of sale), taking care of the installation of the connection pipe.
If I could have given it 6 stars, I would have done so.
