WORST EXISTING TRUSTEE: non-existent communication (or sometimes with written threats), expenses made without consulting the union council, administrative documents (minutes, reports) “approximate” and corrected by a manager not present during the various meetings, non-compliance and/or or arrangements of legal rules, turnover of managers, monumental error in the calculation of charges (bad distribution key), etc. Very bad experience (2 years) despite promises made when recovering the contract.

Manager believing herself superior to others, unfriendly and only thinking about money above all. Only the employees raise the level.

Only 2 reminders per call, because I am told that I will be called back, but no call back. It doesn't take much to irritate you.
The document just required a signature and a stamp.
So yes, since it was supposedly signed, I came to get it.
