      • + I have just completed the sale of an apartment block in Halle. Collaborated with Sam for this. What a good experience that was. Sam had explained his approach and the reasons for it during my search for a real estate agent. The sales process went exactly as he had envisioned. The most important thing was the unburdening: Sam took care of everything, with clear and punctual communication. In other words: a top experience and highly recommended for anyone who wants to sell a property in the Halle region.

      • + From the first contact, everything with Sam and his team went according to the following combination: sympathetic and professional approach, expert knowledge, attention to the personal story of buyer and seller (which ensured a quick purchase and sale for us) and a very pleasant and transparent communication. If I ever buy and/or sell a house again, I would contact De Immobiliers again. Do it, it's not too bad!

      • + Top experience: personal guidance and no worries! Top experience in the sale of our apartment. Obviously you don't do something like that every day and it is important to be well informed and to receive support with all kinds of administrative formalities. Laura did a wonderful job: we got a clear view of the process from the start and it was immediately clear what we could expect. In practice, we were nicely guided every step of the way. And we actually had to do almost nothing ourselves. Laura took care of us completely. We were also constantly kept personally informed during the sales process. Definitely recommended!

      • - Too much visitors at the same time, the agent didn’t know much about the house they sell. Apparent hiding of too much humidity (fresh paint, open windows) selling at high price and high pressure to give an answer, less than 24h reflection deadline.
