We promise you lots of great things by signing a “premium” mandate, but you may not see anything happen in the end. In short... Very disappointing
In a couple we have the right to give 2 opinions without it being described as relentlessness. It's still a shame not to accept criticism. Even in the face of a fait accompli, your agent Mr. Marc Lecoin did not accept his limited working methods. It seems important to me that people know who they will be dealing with. The customer will always be less important than the future profit of your business.
You should still know that during this sale you achieved the feat of alienating the seller and the buyer! Congratulations ! Ultimately the transaction took place without you so there is nothing to brag about, quite the contrary. Your surprise gift linked to the premium mandate, an argument used on numerous occasions by your seller, was apparently linked to the goodwill of the latter because we did not obtain it. Be proud of yourself 😉👍
