Very bad experience as a tenant. Almost 3 months of waiting to see me return less than 50% of my security deposit. No explanation, no proof provided. No calculation concerning the charges either. A major leak was noted near the foundations, no details on that either, but of course the property was re-let without delay.
The agency is in such bad faith that I have to seize the justice conciliator since nothing advances with basic politeness. And yet, I always paid my rent in advance 😕 Toulouse agency to avoid at all costs.
