At first my experience with Mr Suzzoni was very good and I was very satisfied. I even put a very good review. However, I would like to come back to this opinion. Indeed, I do not recommend this professional and I question his honesty. After several months in the accommodation, I noticed a very annoying hidden defect with noise pollution due to the dilapidated state of the boiler room which is located just on the roof (being on the top floor). It's unbearable.
The day of the visit, however, I asked Mr Suzzoni if this machine made no noise and he answered me in front of two other people, laughing "No, it's the noise of the fridge then the day the machine will noise you will have to worry about". Well today I intend to take steps with my lawyer against the former owners because I have proof that they were aware and Mr Suzzoni being an agent of the sector who visits this residence every week and who knows very well the syndic (he participates in the AG) could not be aware of this problem.
It's good to sell but we must not forget the human in transactions and therefore I do not recommend this professional who I do not find honest. Do not hesitate to see all the other real estate agencies in the sector.
