NEIGHBORHOUD
R213 Residence Botanique is located within the municipality of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode part of the Brussels Capital Region, on Rue Royale. On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the « Botanique », one of our capital’s primary cultural centres, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church.
Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, with the “Botanique” being a venue for countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.
TRANSPORT
We are located on one of the main arteries within the city-centre. Please follow "Jardin Botanique" road signs, it being of Brussels prime cultural centres, our address on Rue Royal is on the north-end of the city.
Public transport facilities are literally accessible from your doorstep, most certainly benefitting the start of your scheduled professional or leisure activities, as we are within walking distance from Brussels shopping district, its historical city centre or all major businesses with easy connections to all major train network.

- To Brussels Midi Station (Gare du Midi) – Subway Botanique n°2 (Simonis) :14 minutes
- To Brussels Central Station (Gare Centrale) – Tram n°92 (Rue Royale) :8 minutes

Note that public parking on public streets in Brussels is chargeable. One private parking per apartment can be reserved accordingly.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Before check-in and as to confirm your unit, R213 requests the Tenant to settle his deposit. Do take note that R213 Residences Botanique has the right to withhold part or the totality of your security deposit for the following reasons: - In the event of non-payment for consumed additional charges and or fees such as additional housekeeping services, parking, airport transfer etc. - Any damage caused to the residence, damages will professionally be assessed and quoted accordingly - Smoke or fume related damages caused by tobacco, or any other product or device made for the purpose of smoking/vaping. - The general state of cleanliness and conditions of the accommodation following departure.
Subject to an inspection, R213 Residences Botanique will release your security deposit upon check-out.
RULES § REGULATIONS
▷All occupants are requested to keep the facilities and surroundings made available to him/her in perfect general condition and must d(hidden)re any defect or malfunction.
▷Smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, please note that a fine of up to 225€ may be imposed for smoke/vapour or fumes related damages caused to the residence and or common areas.
▷We invite you to take certain precautions to avoid any inconvenience: close your bay windows before leaving your room and close your front doors securely. We remind you that any personal effects left outside of the safety deposit box when vacating the premises cannot engage the responsibility of R213. A safe is at your disposal for your valuables.
▷R213 reserves the right to enter the rooms for the following reasons: housekeeping services, to check the general conditions, enforce the security conditions and or any suspected breach of internal Rules § Regulations
▷Animals are not allowed
▷All visitors are requested to leave the premises by 10p.m.
▷Your stay is valid for the number of persons in accordance with your reservation and the amount charged. Any clandestine occupant risks being expelled and a fine of 150€ will be imposed on the reservation holder.
▷Out of mutual respect our “quiet” hours are from 10pm to 7am. Notwithstanding the fact that our apartments are insulated, certain sounds and noises may infiltrate neighbouring apartments and may be considered a nuisance. Large gatherings and parties are prohibited and are subject to immediate eviction.
▷Any displacement, moving, alteration or relocation of furniture and or equipment within our residences is not permitted.
▷R213 has the right to charge the Guest for negligence regarding the general state of cleanliness, order and conditions of the accommodation following departure.
In the event of a breach or non-compliance of any of the above-mentioned Rules § Regulations, R213 reserves the right to terminate his/her stay and may call upon further Judicial Action brought before any court or other adjudicative body governed by the rule of Law of the Kingdom of Belgium.
