Everything worked out for me after visiting an apartment in Neuvecelle. Despite an initial disillusionment with a refusal of the file from the insurance companies (€50 was missing for me to earn more than 33% of the rent), I insisted by presenting more elements and the agency took my side. Thanks to Barnoud and the sales department who allowed me to have accommodation.
As for the beginnings, for the moment RAS. We noticed during the inventory that a glass door opened and closed poorly and the agency immediately contacted a specialist to resolve this problem.
Edit a year and a half later: of course, everything goes easier on entry than on exit. If you are unfortunate enough to damage an element of the furniture, it is not the value of the furniture with its obsolescence which is taken from your guarantee but rather the price of the new furniture. Add to that rather absurd cleaning costs after having made the apartment almost perfect.

We rented an apartment in Evian with Barnoud for 2 years. The apartment had many problems when we moved in, Barnoud appointed someone incompetent to inspect the premises upon arrival. This cost us 80 euros of deduction from our deposit in our outgoing inventory for things that had already been present in the apartment for a long time. The improvements to the apartment were not taken into consideration at all.
Over the two years, very little feedback from them to resolve recurring problems in the residence (elevator; boiler, etc.).
Too bad, another disappointing and dishonest real estate agency!

I think that professionally we should review the profession.
Does not adapt at all to you and your working hours. I hope you have days ahead of you and vacation time for visits otherwise you will never have a house.
You wait around a month to learn that the visits have started.
You must call them yourself every week to find out the progress of the files. Anyway, I've never seen such an unprofessional agency, when it's rental you probably bring in less money than selling. Move on, other agencies will value you much more as a human being than them as a money pump.
