      • - Hello, the agency is practically unreachable by phone. I called a minimum of 6 times just to get an apartment viewing, and each call lasted at least 5-15 minutes with no answer. After having FINALLY managed to reach them, we concluded on a visit. The same day, the agency called me on a private number to confirm that we had a visit. I have also confirmed my presence. Arrived 10 minutes early, I waited 45 MINUTES more without anyone coming, or even a call to warn me! No news ! The next day, luckily, I managed to reach them. The person told me that they had had a "little problem" and offered to come and pick up the keys at the agency. No thank you, this experience said a lot about this agency. I do not recommend this agency at all.

The day of the visit, I call the agency at the opening for confirmation, I am informed that it is always good and that the visit is well planned. Finally, once at the meeting place, I receive a phone call from another person at 9:25 a.m. for a visit scheduled for 9:30 a.m. in which I am informed that the visit is canceled because the property is no longer available for rent. . Not very professional in my opinion

      • - Avoid this agency. They are only thieves that would create fake excuses to steal your money. In addition to providing fake description in your contract to steal your money after it finish. Fake description, fake problem, and only stealing your money.

      • - Here I am, to add another angry review about this company. They are the administration manager of the building I live. We have collective heating and my apartment is in the first floor, so the coldest in the building. It has been a week that the temperatures in the house are 18-19 degrees in the warmest parts, corridors and kitchen even lower. We have a 1.5 year old child and we have probably spend more than 100 EUR on electrical heating costs the last two weeks trying to marginally warm some rooms at least. I know that delayed heating can be a problem in many buildings with common heating and especially if you are unlucky to leave in the coldest floors of the building you can have some hard days every October. However the problem with the company is that they do not even care to inform us about the date that they plan to turn the heating on. We have already called last week after already several days of a freezing home and they assured us that it will be turned on "in the middle of this week", Friday comes and there is still nothing, we call again and they are certain that someone will come in the afternoon. It is Friday night and we enter another cold weekend without knowing if they will ever plan to turn the heating on. This is ridiculous for a building of 20+ apartments. Lying directly to our face and not even caring to inform us.
