Process for obtaining a card and for closing a contract is very poor - the customer service is appalling. Poor or absent communication; they ignore everything you say; and they’re very slow to act.

Would absolutely not recommend. My experience is with their garage in Antwerp (Korte Klarenstraat 8). An incredibly small garage all-in-all, the spot could barely fit the Citroen C5 Aircross I drove at the time, no separate entrance and exits, no separate 2-line routes, so lots of maneuvering/suffering if you get a car in the opposite direction, and one cannot begin to describe how bad/narrow/high the ramps were from one floor to the other. Unless they allow you to visit the garage yourself and decide, this is an implicit scam

Tried via the app and via the website. Cannot select the car park through the app without crashing (SSL Error) and via the website cannot make the payment.
