After making the mistake of trying to work with an online real estate agency, I was lucky enough to come across Loïc Petit and his agency “La Butte aux Cailles Immobilier”; a real pro who is passionate about the neighborhood, who knows how to target clients and who sold my apartment in a few weeks at the desired price.
"The online agency" kept trying to get me to lower the price and make me realize that with my apartment "there were only problems". They didn't know the neighborhood and they brought in potential customers with profiles that didn't match the product. They were very inefficient and the communication was really, really bad. It was a scary experience, especially since I don't live there and these agencies don't have an address.
With Loïc Petit, trust was established right away, I gave him the key and I knew he was going to take care of my apartment.
