They are not welcoming at all, they are not serious and they are not professional.
Go see other agencies otherwise you will regret.

As said in several comments, this is one of the only agencies that takes the time to really communicate with prospective tenants. Thanks to the responsiveness and professionalism of this agency, I was able to obtain the accommodation I wanted. I thank them for that.

To flee! THEY DISCRIMINATE
You contact the agency for a rental apartment, you are told that it is available and that you must first send your file.. so far nothing shocking... you send your payslip and work fine but as soon as you send the ID and your (BLACK) faces don't please them "we already have two files". Why not stipulate it from the start??
I explain to you, it took 1 hour between the moment I sent my identity card and the answer knowing that they already had the rest.

TO FLEE! A HORROR!!!
Unfortunately, we have to put a star because this agency absolutely does not deserve it.
We have been customers for over 10 years. Our manager was Madame Du Jardin... what a regret and what a disaster since her departure and since the change of ownership a few years ago.
There is nothing going.
No file tracking.
No effort or even advice to find tenants.
When there are tenants in place, there is absolutely no follow-up and no management.
The agency has no information about your property and does not seek to have any. If you ask for a document, you are simply told that they don't have it.
I insist on Mrs. ROSSARD, I am told at the agency that she is not part of the workforce, yet she is the one who does the inventory... she is extremely unpleasant, has no respect for her clients, thinks she knows everything when it is obvious that she has absolutely no experience.
I sincerely recommend not dealing with this agency for anything.
You just pay, pay, pay and pay. Just that. Don't you dare ask for anything at the risk of being belittled. TO FLEE
