      • + Had a tour from Michelle, where both me and my friend had a very good feeling. She was honest and gave us all the information. This allowed us to make an informed decision. She worked proactively throughout the process and provided comprehensive answers to all our questions. We highly recommend her!

      • - Unfortunately a bad review, because despite several attempts by myself to improve communication, nothing happened. After an initial contact and request for information about two properties, I had to contact them myself after a few weeks to get some news. Because the office had to contact the city of Hasselt for additional information, it may take a little longer. In the meantime I kept waiting and again there was no communication. I then informed the office that this was not good communication and that I expected active follow-up. Communication does not always have to involve lengthy emails, but can also easily be done with a short telephone call. They then became part of the city of Hasselt again. In the meantime, it has been no less than three months without any further communication or contact. In a sector where customer contact is very important, I absolutely cannot understand this approach. A potential customer who will from now on always choose a different office, where communication and customer contact are a focus. I hope that my feedback - which I also clearly communicated to the office - will be taken to heart and that work will be done on what really matters.
