Like all the other opinions posted, in my turn, I TOTALLY advise against this agency!
The apartment was in a pitiful state when the keys were handed over, in addition to the grime present on the 1st day, two chairs out of 4 were broken, the kitchen utensils were not functional, there were 2 holes in the wall (the cold air therefore entered the apartment), the toilets leaked profusely, there was no toilet bowl (I had to buy one and mount it at my expense) AND on the ad there was a swimming pool, you cannot imagine the disappointment when once there the manager tells me that there is no heating or swimming pool because of the work….
The stay is going pretty well despite all these elements.
Arrived at the end, the return of the problems! The manager who is waiting for you 20 minutes before the scheduled time in front of the door, she demands that the keys be returned even if it is not yet time because she has appointments…
It was agreed that I pay the charges, but given the water leak I did not intend to pay it, she did not want to give me a discount at all she dared to say that I was not correct to do this kind of request… In the end she agrees to deduct the water but does not reimburse the cost of the bowl…
Then she asks me to pay fees that come out of nowhere!
Clearly, the apartments are dirty and the manager is a profiteer.
I advise everyone not to rent here.
