Agency present and listening at the beginning. Once the compromise has been signed and the withdrawal period has passed, the agency is no longer present. No one during the counter-visit and during the final signature at the notary. The agency deliberately concealed important information about the purchase (electrical problem, camouflage crack, legal proceedings with the neighbors, etc.) which forces us to pay many costs that we do not have. These are many hidden Vis.

Disappointed for my first experience with a real estate agency for the sale of my property. The first appointment was correct, I signed an exclusive mandate and then nothing for several months...no contact...leave a message, they don't call me back...I ended up understanding that what interested them was just having a property more on their showcase and an exclusive mandate… I do not recommend if you do not want to lose several months and run after an Immo agent… I ended up simply sending a registered letter to terminate my mandate because in 6 months no visit, no recall, no sale so … not pro all that …
